Hi there! Let me introduce myself. My name is Jeanne Mosso, but most people call me Jean—like a pair of blue jeans. I have been mentoring and coaching empaths and lightworkers for a little over 12 years now, and I have embraced my own mystic journey while learning the hard lesson of survival mode.
Survival mode comes in many different forms for all walks of life, and we each face it and deal with it in our own unique way. As mystics, we tend to get caught up in the patterns of searching for love in all the wrong places, ignoring red flags because we believe there is good in everyone and that maybe if we love a little harder, we can help the manipulators and narcissists heal and perhaps see us. But it doesn’t work that way.
As I went through my own journey—feeling depressed, controlled, and misunderstood—I was also experiencing my awakening into becoming an empath and a lightworker. Trust me, I know how overwhelming these can be on their own, and so much worse when they are combined.
But there is hope! There is light at the end of the tunnel, and you can embrace it now by stepping into your true power, your authentic self. Follow your dreams and create the life you feel you’re not worthy of having. Because the truth is, you are worthy and capable—and even finding that love that makes you feel complete and whole is out there waiting for you.

We all have that spark of life within us, but sometimes it seems a little too overwhelming or scary. We ignore our dreams and desires—who we are—because it’s so much easier to live in the comfort of familiarity, no matter how uneasy we feel, no matter how much we cry for something more. We fear the unknown, doubt our abilities, and feel that we don’t deserve anything that makes us better… makes us happy. As an empath, you may feel that any type of love is better than none, and if you love harder, things will change. Trust me—they don’t. And you don’t need to settle for accepting whatever comes your way or isolate yourself because of the overwhelm of feelings you can’t seem to dodge. It’s beyond draining, isn’t it? You don’t need to hold others’ pains or carry the burdens that aren’t intended for you to keep.
Then, if you’re a lightworker—or as I prefer to call it, a mystic—you hold back from accepting your gifts or understanding them because… well… that’s just too weird, isn’t it? Absolutely not! Your clairvoyant abilities are a beautiful gift and have a wonderful purpose. I know the judgment and the attacks can be cruel, but you can stand tall and overcome mere words from those who don’t know and don’t ask, out of fear of what they don’t understand.
And if abuse has left its mark, scarred deeply into your soul, you probably don’t even know who you are because these energy vampires—the narcissists, the manipulators, and everything in between—have had you living their way. You found a way to survive, but every moment feeling the dreadful fear of what could happen next? Why can’t I get things right? It’s a confusion that questions your worth and keeps you down, lingering with doubt and depression. There is no rock big enough to crawl under… and that’s okay, because you are meant to achieve so much more. You have the ability to move mountains out of your way. You are stronger than you realize.

I created Live, Lead, & Heal because I know what it’s like trying to figure life out on your own and overcome your fears so that you can start living a life that’s all about achieving—not just connecting the dots to who you are authentically, but so you can be guided to lead with confidence down your own path. Shifting the wounds into freedom and rediscovering the beauty of love… feeling whole… recognizing the person you’ve been hiding, feeling compassion, and being ready for what life has to offer… what the universe is ready to give.
